1998 WHRRI class champ AS (Pontiac Firebird) New
job forces temporary hiatus from racing. Many upgrades since
then: Engines by JB 310 (11 races - same engine that placed
2nd, 9th, and 13th at the 2003 runoffs), torsen T2-R 4.1 rear
(Strange gears/Moser Axles), lowered rear control arms, subframe
connectors, 4-corner adjustable
weight jacks, rebuilt/custom valved Bilsteins, Bear front
brakes, new paint (2000 race season). Other content:

I am trying to sell the following race car project that started life as an ITS car but after I looked at the really BADLY done roll cage, I took my sawzall to it and gutted the cage. Some of the pipe is available and could be re-used. The car is as follows, and now will make a better FSP Solo car (that is where it will end up if it doesn’t sell) or a EP club racer. 1986 Mazda RX7 Roller, no running gear except for wheels and diff Big brakes, five lug car No sunroof Aluminum hood Windshield is gone Several rear hatches Hole in trunk for fuel cell Hood pins Brake bias adjuster Hub for quick releases welded to steering column Bottom stripped and repainted Engine bay repainted New delrin bushings and rear steer eliminators. Front bushings installed Extra rear cradle and diff Plus other stuff I can’t think of This car is rough, I won’t kid you. But no rust and a good project starter. Why am I selling it? I have my eye on decent RX2 and momma says one of the RX7s has to go. Plus I have run out of project car room.
